We had a fantastic experience with LimRic Plumbing and Electrical! Jason came out promptly to repair our toilet, walked us through all our options, and ultimately, we decided to have it replaced. He handled everything efficiently, completing the job within a few hours with excellent workmanship. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend LimRic and Jason for any plumbing needs!

Tommy G is an excellent representation of your company. He coordinated the same day delivery of my new waterheater. It's an upgrade from my previous model. Allows me to get hot water to the farthest location in my house much faster. It cost a grip for the unit but I really like the service he did for me and my family today. It even looks nicer outside.

We made a significant investment with Limric, including a membership, two unit replacements totaling nearly $14,000, and a recent UV light installation for around $1,400. Unfortunately, our experience with the company has been incredibly frustrating. Despite repeatedly requesting a specific technician, Limric consistently sent different technicians—each supposedly with over eight years of experience. While the company prides itself on professionalism, the quality of work tells a different story. Covering up mistakes rather than properly addressing them is simply unacceptable. Additionally, while technicians offer recommendations, they fail to communicate potential issues upfront, leaving customers uninformed. As a family, we placed our trust in their expertise and professionalism, only to be met with disappointment. This has been our worst experience with a service provider. Tha one star is simply to be able to post this review.

Pierce did a fantastic job installing the plumbing & fixtures for my new kitchen sink. It works great, the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Pierce was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Thank you!

1/6/24 LimRic’s communication was excellent. Kenny arrived promptly within the scheduled 2-hour window. He was highly professional, clear, and straightforward. He will be emailing me detailed quotes for a comparable tankless water heater. 1/7/24 A day after the quote, LimRic got me in for an install the following day. Ross did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was a clean install, and it’s evident that Ross genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in doing it well. The installation was smooth, and his attention to detail ensured everything was done perfectly. We’re very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Ross and the LimRic team for any plumbing needs. Thank you for the outstanding work!

I ruined my shower pipes by trying to replace the current silver hardware with brushed gold. The wrong hardware (once again silver) was used in my installation now I have to return everything I’ve purchased for a gold hardware bathroom. If I would have known the purchased shower head wouldn’t have fit I would have bought one in the finish that did because now I am out $1900 in the same situation I was in before with silver hardware. Other than that, he was timely and the shower is fixed. See below: not to mention I have a gold sink gold bathroom fixtures everywhere else.

Donnie is a super technician. Knew what he was doing for sure, figured the issue out quickly. Our unit was 24 years old, so you can imagine the shape it was in, it served us well. He made a call to have the proper staff come over to speak to us about options within the hour. In like 10 minutes Troy was at our door! Thanks Donnie again for diagnosing quickly the issue and making it possible to get the next step of support quickly. My daughter had service done recently by limric and she was correct that y’all provide good and quick service

I highly recommend their services. I received the technician today and he checked the water temperature as we requested, cleaned the tank and emptied it completely, they didn't leave any kind of dirt, they were extremely organized and kept us informed throughout the period they were performing the services. You can see from the photo that now we can have hot water again, with no smells and no issues.
